AerialArt does not collect, store, or track any personal data from users. The app does not require login, account creation, or access to your device’s camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos.

The app does not include third-party analytics services, advertising trackers, or any embedded behavior-tracking tools.

All video content is streamed securely from Cloudflare R2 using HLS (HTTP Live Streaming). No identifiable information is captured, and no logs are stored that link playback activity to specific users or devices.

AerialArt complies fully with Apple’s App Store guidelines and platform privacy requirements. The app uses only native Apple frameworks and does not transmit any sensitive information off the device.

AerialArt is appropriate for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.
